There are an endless amount of memories I could share about my brief time knowing Rob. He was the epitome of true genuine soul who radiated the world with love & positivity. To say the least, his love for music was extremely inspiring and will never be forgotten. The man sure could drum like no other. I am thankful to have had the chance to know such a kind human being. He truly loved my sister deeply & wholeheartedly and I admire the way he would look at her and treat her like the absolute beauty queen she is. One of my favorite little memories with Rob was when he trusted my little teenage self at the time to learn how to drive his big van on the highways. That when I was learning how to operate a vehicle. Another fond memory was on my sixteenth birthday when we took a trip to NYC & they asked me what I would like for dinner and it was so frigid outside that they ended up taking me to a Mexican restaurant when at the time I wasn’t too fond of Mexican food. Another favorite memory was when we took a nice trip to Florida to explore the parks & I got to experience Disney World & Universal with my sister and the love of her life. I had never seen the Star Wars series and he insisted we sit down and watch them and although we didn’t finish the whole series together, I will forever think of him when seeing anything StarWars. Rob was a man of several talents & always loved to learn new things. Despite his diagnosis he always had a positive attitude about life. He loved experiencing life and the wonders it holds. He treasured his time being around his friends & families and of course the kitties. He will be missed by so many people and has touched the hearts of us all. I will forever think of him as a brotherly figure. Thank you Rob. You showed my sister what true love is and taught everyone around you to be in the moment. Your legacy will live on. We love you.
